• Payment data: billing address, card type and last four digits. Full payment card data is processed directly by our payment processor Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
• Identity verification: government-issued ID documents (for hosts), processed and stored securely.
• Communications: messages between guests and hosts through our in-app messaging system, support correspondence.
• Usage data: app interactions, pages viewed, features used, search queries, device type, operating system, IP address, browser type.
• Location data: approximate location (with your permission) to show nearby listings.
• User-generated content: reviews, photos, listings, and other content you submit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services.
