Yes. Downloading the app and browsing listings is completely free. A small service fee is added at checkout to cover payment processing and platform support.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Funds are held until your check-in, ensuring both guests and hosts are protected.

Each listing has its own cancellation policy set by the host (flexible, moderate, or strict). Guests can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking if check-in is more than 7 days away.

Download the app, create a host profile, and add your listing with photos, description, availability and pricing. Our team reviews all new listings within 24 hours before they go live.

CampMeUp is currently live in 12 European countries including France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, and Ukraine.

Hosts must verify their identity via a government-issued ID. All listings are reviewed by our moderation team before being published. Guest reviews and ratings provide ongoing quality control.
